How Do I Access My Account at a Shared Branch Location?
You need three (3) things when you visit a partner credit union CU Service Center location: (1) the name of your credit union "South Bay Credit Union" (2) your account number from the membership card or account statement, not a debit card and (3) a current, unexpired, valid Government Issued picture ID with signature. We may know you but our partner credit union doesn't and they usually have limited information to look you up. We want to keep your account safe so we keep the info minimal.
